Now there are a lot of ground laying materials on the market, and ceramic tile is the hot spot for people to buy. The floor laying ceramic tile makes the interior appear brighter and improves the decoration grade. In tile laying, there are usually two kinds of wet and dry tile laying, so which is the best way to lay tile?
Wet paving method:
Wet floor tile paving method is currently used more widely, and the difference between dry paving method is that 1:3 dry cement mortar into ordinary cement mortar. However, the disadvantage of wet paving method is that the floor tile may produce empty drum and foam, which will affect the service life of the tile. But because the wet shop price is cheaper, so now there are still a lot of families will use this kind of shop method.
Dry paving method:
In home decoration, the dry paving method is only suitable for floor tiles. First watering and wetting the base, then get rid of floating sand and debris, wipe the combination layer, with 1:3 dry cement mortar, according to the horizontal line to smooth the floor tile on the cement mortar with a hammer leveling, and then take down the surface tile pouring cement slurry, the floor tile is completed.
Dry floor tile paving method can avoid the phenomenon of bubbles or empty drums after the floor tile paving, but the disadvantage is that the construction is time-consuming, the process is high, and the wet paving is much more expensive.
Analysis of the difference between wet and dry bedding:
1. Dry mortar less moisture, no bubbles, not easy to appear empty drum phenomenon; And wet mortar has more water, will produce many bubbles, easy to empty drum phenomenon.
2. The flatness of dry paving is better controlled than that of wet paving, because it will not slide easily; And wet shop because mortar internal moisture more, the construction of the adjusted ground may be moved.
3. Dry mortar in the shop, the treatment of the base is higher than the wet shop. Because the dry mortar moisture is less, if the base does not add water, the base will absorb the mortar moisture, resulting in mortar water shortage, and the base bond is not strong. Wet paving requires a lot of water, much better than dry mortar, not easy to fall off.
