Structural features
The electric circular saw adopts the climbing shape structure, which is mainly composed of motor, reduction gearbox, protective cover, adjustment mechanism and bottom plate, handle, switch, non-reconnectable plug, circular saw blade, etc.
The motor adopts a single-phase series excited motor, which is divided into a single-insulation electric circular saw (no additional insulation between the stator and the ground, also known as Class I tools) and a double-insulated electric circular saw (there is additional insulation between the stator and rotor and the ground, also known as Class II tools) according to whether there is additional insulation between the fixed and rotor cores and the ground.
The adjustment mechanism is composed of a depth adjustment plate, an angle adjustment plate, a fastening nut and a bottom plate, etc., and the tightening nut can adjust the bottom plate up and down to the required sawing depth, and then tighten the nut. Angle adjustment is to adjust the screw butterfly nut by loosening the bevel angle in front of the bottom plate, adjusting it to the desired angle (0°~45°), and then tightening the nut.
Protective cover
The protective cover is composed of an electric shield (also known as a lower shield) and a static shield (also known as an upper shield), which is used to protect the circular saw blade from injury accidents during operation. The static shroud is connected to the casing, and the moving shroud rotates along the circular saw blade and automatically covers the saw blade by the coil spring pressure.
The power cord adopts a double-core sheathed flexible cable, which is integrated with the double-post rubber plug to form a non-reconnectable plug.

Prepare before operation
The saw blade, shell, handle do not appear cracks, breakage.
The cable cord and plug are intact, the switch operation is normal, and the protection zero connection is correct, firm and reliable.
Whether the saw blade is installed firmly, whether the bolts are tightened, and whether the internal and external chucks clamp the saw blade tightly. Whether the plane of the saw blade is perpendicular to the horizontal axis of the circular saw.
Check whether the rotation of the movable protective cover is flexible, whether there is deformation, whether it will rub against the circular saw blade, whether the connection is reliable, and whether it will fall off during operation.
Check that the side handles are securely installed and whether they are loose when holding the operation.
Check that the workpiece being cut is firmly fixed.
Operational considerations
When starting, the circular saw must be in a suspended position, it will jump suddenly, must be held twice, the fingers must not be placed in the switch position, the saw teeth must leave the cut workpiece, to prevent the electric circular saw from jumping and touching the cut workpiece when starting.
After the electric circular saw is started, it should be allowed to idle for a period of time to observe whether the saw blade runs normally, whether there is a phenomenon of left and right swinging, whether the electric circular saw vibrates too much, and whether the noise is normal.
The electric circular saw must pay attention to the position of its cable during operation to prevent electric shock or short circuit accidents caused by being cut. The cable should be connected to the power supply after going around the back, and the body should not contact the cable.
When the electric circular saw is cut, both hands must hold the handle and side handles of the equipment. Fingers must not approach the blade rotating at high speed, and the operator's body must be kept at an appropriate distance from the equipment.
Do not use the electric circular saw higher than the top of the head to prevent the electric circular saw or the cut workpiece from falling off and causing accidents.
The new saw blade is generally flat, and when the saw path is opened, it can be selected within the range of 5 ° ~ 20 ° as needed.
After the tool is started, it should be run without load for a while, and check and confirm that the tool linkage is flexible and unimpeded. When working, the afterburner should be balanced and not exerted too strongly.
Overload use is strictly prohibited
During operation, attention should be paid to the sound and temperature rise, and abnormal abnormalities should be stopped immediately for inspection. When the operation time is too long, the temperature rise of the tool exceeds 60 °C hot hands or there is a burning smell, it should be stopped and cooled naturally before operation.
During the operation, the cutting tool shall not be touched with your hand, and when it is found that it has a dull, broken and abnormal sound, or situation, the inspection should be stopped immediately; Before repairing or replacing accessories, you must first cut off the power supply and wait for the saw blade to stop completely.
When the saw blade needs to be filed, the power should be turned off, the plug should be unplugged, and the saw blade can be removed until the saw blade is completely stopped.
The carbon brush on the motor is a consumable, once its wear exceeds the limit, the motor will fail, therefore, the worn carbon brush should be replaced immediately, and the carbon brush must always be kept clean.
When the power is cut off, resting or leaving the work site, the power of the electric circular saw should be turned off.
After processing, the power should be turned off, and the equipment and surrounding sites should be cleaned.
