Chainsaw chains need lubricating oil. It is generally driven by electricity. If it is to be refueled, the chain position needs to be lubricated. At the same time, the chain of the chainsaw, plus the variable box of the chainsaw, should be replaced with yellow glycerin every year, and the motor should be replaced with carbon brushes frequently, about once every six months. The chain brake is a brake, a device used to quickly stop the rotation of the chain, and is mostly used for chain saw braking in emergency situations, which is one of the safety functions. The saw chain gear is a sprocket, which is used to drive the toothed parts of the saw chain; its wear and tear must be checked before use and replaced in time.
Precautions before operation:
1. Safety shoes must be worn when working.
2. It is not allowed to wear fat, open clothes and shorts during the work, and it is not allowed to wear accessories such as ties, bracelets, anklets, etc.
3. Carefully check the wear degree of the saw chain, guide plate, sprocket and other components and the tension of the saw chain, and make necessary adjustments and replacements.
4. Check whether the chain saw switch is in good condition, whether the power connector is firmly connected, and whether the cable insulation is worn.
5. Thoroughly inspect the work site and remove stones, metal objects, branches and other discarded objects.
6. Select a safe evacuation channel and safe area before operation.
