A rechargeable drill is a hand drill that carries its own lithium-ion battery or nickel-chromium battery and can be recharged repeatedly. This kind of hand drill does not need an external power supply when working, so it is very suitable for use in the field or in places where there is no power supply.
use
It is used for screw-in and spin-out operations of screws, wood screws, self-tapping screws, etc., and can also be used for drilling various metals and woods.
According to the voltage size of the rechargeable battery block, there are 7.2V, 9.6V, 12V, 14.4V, 18V and other series.
According to the classification of batteries, it can be divided into lithium batteries and nickel-chromium batteries, lithium batteries are lighter Battery losses are lower, and the price is higher than that of nickel-chromium batteries.
Main structure and characteristics
It is mainly composed of DC motor, gear, power switch, battery pack, drill chuck, casing, etc.
How it works
The DC motor rotates, and after being slowed down by the planetary reduction mechanism, it drives the drilling chuck to rotate to drive the batch or drill bit and other work. By triggering the positive and reverse switch levers, the polarity of the DC power supply can be adjusted to change the forward or reverse rotation of the motor to achieve the operation of disassembly and assembly.
Charging drill
1. Loading and unloading of rechargeable battery: hold the handle tightly, and then push the battery door latch to remove the battery. Installation of rechargeable batteries: Confirm the positive and negative poles before inserting the battery.
2. Charge, insert the rechargeable battery correctly into the charger, at 20 °C, about 1h can be fully charged. Note that the rechargeable battery has a temperature control switch inside, and the battery will be powered off and cannot be charged after exceeding 45°C, and can be charged after cooling.
3. Before the operation:
a. Drill bit loading and unloading. Install the drill: After inserting the bit, drill, etc. into the non-switch drilling chuck, hold the ring tightly and screw the sleeve back (clockwise from below). During operation, if the sleeve becomes loose, tighten the sleeve again. When the sleeve is tightened, the tightening force will become stronger and stronger.
To remove the drill: Hold the ring tightly and loosen the sleeve to the left (counterclockwise from the front).
b. Check the steering. When the selection handle is placed in the R position, the drill bit rotates clockwise (seen from behind the charging drill), and when the selection handle is placed in L, the drill rotates counterclockwise (when viewed from behind the charging drill), and the "R" and "L" symbols are marked on the body of the machine.
