Introduction to Electric Drills:
Electric drill is a drilling tool that uses electricity as power. It is a regular product in power tools, and it is also the most demanded power tool product. The annual production and sales volume accounts for 35% of China's power tools.
The main specifications of electric drills are 4, 6, 8, 10, 13, 16, 19, 23, 32, 38, 49mm, etc., and the number refers to the maximum diameter of the drill bit drilled on steel with a tensile strength of 390N/mm2. The maximum drilling diameter of non-ferrous metals, plastics and other materials can be 30~50% larger than the original specifications.
Electric drill products used in families (known as DIY abroad) have low requirements for service life, work efficiency, processing accuracy, etc., and the number of products is large, accounting for about 70~80% of the total number of electric drill products; In addition, 30~20% of electric drill products, which are professional tools, that is, products commonly called "industrial power tools" in China, have higher technical requirements, including processing accuracy, reliability of use (such as a failure time, the number of damages), service life, performance level (such as torque, coaxiality), etc. are higher than household products.
Electric drill principle:
During operation, the impact drill relies on the impact chisel on the one hand, and the drill bit on the other hand. This reduces and avoids hard and soft uneven work objects that are mixed with hard objects and jammed drill bits.
In addition, impact drills have clutches, which can automatically slip when the tool is overloaded or the drill bit is jammed, thus preventing the motor from being overloaded and burned. Impact drills are divided into two types: large tooth type and steel ball type according to their impact mechanism.
The impact drill is composed of electric motor, transmission system, impact structure (toothed disc clutch), transmission shaft, gear, chuck, drill bit, control switch and handle.
The impact drill uses the electric motor as the power source, changes the speed through the gear, drives the transmission shaft to rotate, and then meshes and closes with the gear. The gear is a moving disc clutch, and paired with the gear is a static disc clutch. The adjustment ring of the impact drill head is equipped with the logo of the drill bit and hammer, and the withering ring pointer is adjusted to the "drill bit" direction, and the moving clutch is supported and separated from the static clutch.
At this time, the gear directly drives the drill bit for a single rotational movement. When the pointer of the adjustment ring is adjusted to the direction of the "hammer", the dynamic clutch is lowered, and the static clutch is contacted, and the impact drill street wheel rotates through the uneven contact surface of the clutch, resulting in impact movement, which is transmitted to the drill bit to form an impact plus rotation.
