Dec 12, 2022

1 The metal shell of the electric wrench should be reliably grounded, and its shell should have a regular inspection test certificate and be within the validity period.

2 Check the tightening of the installation screw of the electric wrench body, if the screw is found to be loose, it should be re-tightened immediately, otherwise it will cause the electric wrench to fail.

3. Check that the handles on both sides of the handheld electric wrench are intact, not cracked and broken, and installed firmly.

Fold usage and handling considerations

1. Confirm whether the power supply connected to the site matches the nameplate of the electric wrench. Whether a leakage protector is connected.

2. Select the matching sleeve according to the size of the nut and install it properly.

3. Confirm the switch disconnection status on the electric wrench before power transmission, otherwise the electric wrench will turn unexpectedly and immediately when the plug is inserted into the power outlet, which may cause the danger of personal injury.

4. If the working place is far from the power supply, when the cable needs to be extended, the capacity should be used to install a qualified extension cable. Extension cables, such as passing through pedestrian walkways, should be elevated or measures should be taken to prevent cables from being crushed and damaged.

5. Find the support point of the reverse force distance when using it as much as possible to prevent the reaction force from hurting people.

6. When the abnormal carbon spark of the motor is found during use, the work should be stopped immediately, and the inspection and treatment should be carried out to eliminate the fault. In addition, carbon brushes must be kept clean.

7. Standing on the ladder to work or working at height should do a good job of falling from a high place, and the ladder should be supported by ground personnel.
