Chainsaws use safety specifications


1. Preparation


1. Safety shoes must be worn when working.


2. Do not wear fat, open clothes and shorts, and do not wear ornaments, such as ties, bracelets, anklets, etc. during work.


3. Carefully check the wear degree of the saw chain, guide plate, sprocket and other components and the tension of the saw chain, and make necessary adjustments and replacements.


4. Check whether the chain saw switch is intact, whether the power connector is firmly connected, and whether the cable insulation layer is worn.


5. Thoroughly inspect the work site and remove stones, metal objects, branches and other discarded objects.


6. Before operation, select a safe evacuation channel and a safe area.

1 When the original strip distance of the processed strip conveyor is within 1.5m, it is not allowed to operate.


2 Before turning on the power, the chain saw switch must be turned off to prevent accidental start.


3. Before making materials, start the electric chain saw idling for 1 min to check whether the operation is normal.


4 When starting or operating, hands and feet must not be close to the rotating parts, especially the upper and lower parts of the chain


5 When the fuse or relay trips, it should be checked immediately.


6. It is not allowed to overload the line and access the high-capacity fuse.


7 The chainsaw must be operated with both hands.


8. Be sure to stand firmly during operation, and do not stand under the original strip or log and on the original strip or log that may roll.


9. When troubleshooting the pinch saw, special attention should be paid to the safety of auxiliary personnel.


10 During the operation, the sawmilling mechanism should be lubricated and cooled at any time.


11 When the original strip is about to be sawn, pay attention to the movement of the wood, and quickly lift the chain saw after sawing.


12. When transferring operations, the chain saw switch must be turned off first, and no running is allowed during transfer.


13 The power supply should be cut off immediately in the following cases:


a) When the saw chain hits other objects and needs to be checked for damage before restarting;


b) When abnormal sound or vibration occurs during operation and needs to be checked and eliminated;


c) when the operator leaves the chainsaw;


d) When it is found that nearby strips or logs are moving;


e) When making material clip sawing;


f) When leakage is found;


Second, at the end of the operation


1. After daily operation, all nuts, bolts and screws should be tightened, the wear degree of saw chain, guide plate and sprocket should be checked, and necessary adjustments and replacements should be made.


2. Check the wear of the power plug and cable insulation layer, and replace or repair it in time if it is found that the damage is found.


3. Before long-term storage, the residual wood chips and dirt should be cleaned up, the saw chain and guide plate should be removed and coated with anti-rust oil, and the motor should be protected from dust.


4. Should be stored in a dry environment.
