1. The personnel operating the water gun must undergo the safety operation training of the high-pressure water gun and be proficient in the use of the high-pressure water gun and precautions.
2. Check whether the tip of the gun, barrel and the joint connecting the water pipe are loose before using the water gun, and the trigger cannot be pulled before the screw safety lock is opened, if an abnormality is found, stop using and notify the equipment maintenance.
3. If the water gun worker finds that the barrel is loose or shaking during the use of the water gun, and the water gun cannot turn off the water, he must immediately stop using it and notify the equipment for maintenance.
4. When the water gun is connected to high-pressure water, the tip of the gun is not allowed to aim at others.
5. If the water gun worker finds that the connecting pipe is leaking (note that you must not test the leakage by hand), you must replace it in time to avoid the water pipe rupture and injury.
6. During the cleaning operation, the operator must wear safety helmets, gloves, rain boots, raincoats, protective masks, and the hand must hold the water gun during the washing process to prevent the danger of recoil.
7. During the operation and cleaning of the water gun, a special guardian must be appointed to supervise the whole process.
8. During cleaning operations, the water flow shall not be directly aimed at the crowd, electrical appliances, instrument equipment, etc. to spray high-pressure water flow to avoid injury.
9. When the water gun operator is operating, the working area should be isolated, and it is strictly forbidden for unrelated personnel to enter.
10. Before connecting the high-pressure water, the water gun should raise the pressure to 5.0MPa and check whether the nozzle and barrel connection are intact again, and then raise to the working pressure after checking that it is no different.
11. When the cleaning is finished or the operation is stopped in the middle, after closing the trigger spray gun, the trigger should be locked with a screw in time (the lock nut turns clockwise) to prevent misoperation.
12. The operator is not allowed to operate the high-pressure water gun under fatigue or weakness.
13. It is forbidden to fix the trigger of the high-pressure water gun.
14. The connecting hose is not allowed to be bent or contact with sharp objects.
