One. Electric wrench safety operation procedures
Warn! When using an electric wrench, in order to avoid accidents such as fire, electric shock, injury and mechanical damage, it is necessary to
The following safety procedures must be strictly observed.
1. The power supply voltage does not exceed 10% of the rated voltage on the nameplate of the electric wrench.
2. The power socket used by the electric wrench must match the power plug on the electric wrench, and the power supply (drag reel) on the input side must be equipped with a leakage protector.
3. The electric trigger body, wires, and leakage security device must be intact.
4. When working at height, the electric wrench must be fastened with a safety rope.
5. Do not use in wet or rainy places, and do not use in places where flammable and explosive gases are stored.
6. Correctly select the right sleeve.
7. During operation, work clothes, safety helmets, and safety belts should be worn according to specifications, and the body should be balanced.
8. The electric wrench is not completely stopped, and it is strictly forbidden to operate the switch in the opposite direction.
9. After use, unplug the power plug.
Two. Correct how-to
1. Before adjusting the electric wrench or replacing accessories and spare parts, the power must be cut off.
2. Install the side handles. Insert the side shank into the slot of the hammer shell and fasten it firmly.
3. Sleeve installation. Choose a sleeve of the appropriate size and insert it on the iron drill bit.
4. Operation of the switch. The switch of the electric wrench is reversible, and the motor can rotate both clockwise and counterclockwise. Pulling the lower part of the trigger turns the drill bit clockwise, while pulling the upper part of the trigger turns the drill bit counterclockwise. Relaxing either end of the trigger stops the tool from turning.
5. Correctly select the tightening time according to the type and size of the bolt. The tightening torque increases over time and varies with the type and size of the bolt. But not too long, too long will damage the bolt.
6. Check for loose bolts or nuts. Loose bolts or nuts only make rotational movements. If the sleeve keeps rotating, stop and check for loose bolts or nuts.
7. Hold the wrench correctly. Hold the handle and hold it slightly to the side, pointing the wrench in a straight line at the bolt or nut and not tilting the tool at an angle.
Three. Daily maintenance
1. Before servicing the electric wrench, the power supply of the tool must be cut off.
2. Keep the body of the electric trigger clean and the vents unblocked.
3. Always check whether the power cord, power plug, and switch are good, whether the brush holder is loose, whether it is worn to the wear line of the large boundary, etc. If the wear of the carbon brush exceeds the limit line, the carbon brush must be replaced.
4. Do not expose the wire to the heat source and greasy. Prevent the power cord from scratching and cutting.
5. The electric wrench should be handled with care. When not in use, it should be placed in an iron box and returned to the warehouse in time.
